My husband has recently started to go out every weekend and has started to drink alcohol. He has always gone to church, but now he is not going anymore. It has almost been longer thatn a year since he last wanted to go to church.

Financial Hardship

I was laid off from my job almost a year ago. I know that I am a qualified employee but I still have not been able to find work. I had to move from my home to offset some costs because I couldn't afford it. I have 53,000 dollars in debt due to having to take out student loans to increase my education so that I could have a better chance at life. I come from a poor family so I didn't have parents who could save for my education. I have other bills in collection due to me not being able to pay. My savings is almost obsolete and my unemployment may expire soon. I don't know why people aren't hiring me when it seems that they are impressed with my credentials and interviews. I need a breakthrough because I get discouraged when bill collectors call, when my son asks to go home because we are living with family, when I am so overwhelmed in debt that I feel I can't even save anything for his future thus repeating this cycle. This cycle of poverty and financial hardship must be broken. I feel as if my family is cursed. Please pray for not only my deliverance, but my family's deliverance, along with the proper resources and tools to prevent us from falling into the same spiritual bondage. Amen.

They are very proud that they have everything and i am still struggling to build a house. i request you to please pray that God should also bless me with a wonderful house and a garden ( i had planted a nice garden in the house i lived in earlier and my mother and sister tore it down to shreds and uprooted every single plant- my mother's take being that ' you are an unlucky girl - you should not have plants or flowers'). i had spent a lot of money and time and care on the plants and she could not bear to see the beautiful flowers that grew under my care. This is onlyone instance of what she has done to me. Every step in my life she and my sister have crushed me in some way or the other and my father is also against me ( but he does so in a devious manner). I am now living in another city and do not interact with anyone from my hometown and have no friends whatsoever - still, they are not satisfied - they still seek to destroy me. Please pray that i should be able to buy a house with some land and a nice garden at a very affordable rate. i have only a little amount saved - i want God to get me a wonderful house without me having to beg anyone for a loan or money or any help. Please pray that God will stand by me and help me build my house.Please pray also that my parents and sister should disappear forever from my life and should not torment me any further. About a week ago I had an allergic reaction to getting facewash and shampoo in my eyes. I am still having a lot of problems with the left eye. I am taking eye drops my doctor recommended but my eye still hurts, and is incredibly dry. I also hae been getting a lot of headaches because if this. In Jesus name I pray my eyes will be healed and my headaches would stop. Please pray along with me in Jesus' name that I will be healed. For His Glory and Honor, amen!

Please pray with me that God will build a wall of protection around me, and He will wrap me in His arms, and fill me with grace and peace, as Jesus and I go into that operating room this monday. My heavenly father will be the great physician in charge that day... The surgeon has also found a spot on my lung that they are worried could be cancer that has spread from my kidney. Please pray with me as I ask jesus to remove this spot in question, and that I will be healed of ever having cancer again..... Please pray for God to open the doors and windows in the heavens and on earth regarding my x husband and his associations illegal money making activities. We have prayed every prayer you can pray for over a year now regarding the abuse from the planes this year.

The only way to stop what is happening is for God to bring to an end the illegal money making works of x, and all of his associations, North Island and South Island for the authorities to be called in, for a complete total clean up, and for the media attention to go where it needs to be to end these works against my son and I forever.

Please pray a deep blood covering over us for protection for our lives. This prayer is one not wanted by them, please also ask God for strong protective angels around my daughter this festive season. My x husband does not want my daughter to live either, she knows too much.

Please also pray that we will get the prayer support we need to bring the spiritual warfare down to zero as early in the new year as possible. We are totally exhausted.

Please pray for God to heal our health issues, my ability to walk, extreme exhaustion now as I haven't slept much in over a year, and our severe continued stress levels. Extreme exhaustion for my son as well.

wisdom and healing

Today and for the last ten days I have a return of chronic facial pain that I had for ten years, but was healed of for six years. I also have had a bladder conditon that required exploratory surgery and after I awoke this facial pain had returned. The next three days are stacked up with appointments. I never really had a diagnosis before, just facial pain.

I have searched my heart and know that the arguing up until my surgery was wrong. My spouse who is not saved, debated constantly that I did not have this bladder problem and we fought about it constantly even though I had over 50 treatments in two years. The surgery proved the condition, although I have prayed for healing and continue to. Nevertheless, I should not have engaged in arguments, almost with hate towards him for his doubt of me and lack of compassion. Since the surgery he has been kind, but now with the return of this pain that boxed me in for ten years, I am unsure how he will react.

In addition, my Mother and Father lived very sinful lives. For years I did all I could to still be friendly to them. My Dad died unsaved in May and at that point, my Mother and brother told me they no longer wanted me to be in their lives. My Mother sued for my Dad's death and they are quite wealthy. I tried to explain I did not want money, just love, but to no avail. I became angry and bad mouthed them to the few distant relatives we have left and again, am sorry that I could not just pray for them. I acted out of revenge for being left out for life and my hurt.



I ask for prayer, that I can believe God will again redeem me from this pain and suffering and for forgiveness for my sins. That I will be a godly wife at all costs, and that I will have faith to believe in my healing. 1

I am only left with one final mark on my research report to qualify and things are not looking good for me. I was told that there was a discrepancy on the Examiner’s marking and therefore a 3rd examiner had to be brought in to mark my paper. I was supposed to have called yesterday to check results but I am so scared – I cannot afford to fail, I truly cannot.

I started this course in 2006 and should have been done by now. I have been praying asking God to please answer my prayer and help me pass. My prayer request is for my best friend, Terra. For the last 4 years, she has been in constant pain and after countless tests doctors still are unable to find the source. We have all been praying for answers so that healing can begin. She has been unable to work for the last year and her unemployment has ended. I have suggested that she apply for disability, but she just cannot seem to come to terms with that. Her husband, J.D., started up a plumbing business and for reasons beyond his control it has depleted their savings. There are contractors who have not paid for services rendered. All his tools were stolen from his work truck while parked in the driveway for the night. They are now in jeopardy of losing their home which they graciously opened up to me and my daughter after we were evicted and to Terra's mother when she forced to give up her home. They both feel that their home was a gift from God and that it was meant to be shared. Terra's faith has always been a source of hope for me and it breaks my heart to watch her spirit be drained. I believe that the more God-centered and Christ-like we strive to be, the more satan tries to tear us down. But most importantly, I believe in the power of prayer, so please join me in praying for Terra!

Hello and thank you so much for being here, I am a young guy who is a 3rd generation minister's son and also a young man who is discovering just what that means for me, and looking for my ministry, my calling. I had years of living and serving myself for years growing up, and was negligent of my true potential as seen through the eyes of God, and woke up when I turned 23 or shortly thereafter and have been dealing with wanting to break the physical and spiritual bonds which have kept me from being set free from the past. Some people would say its trivial, some have no idea, but physically is the area I need miraculous healing in after years of being opressed by what I see as signs of who I used to be. I have severe skin problems that have come and go since I was 16, and I have been driven to the deepest depresssion and even to the point of giving up. I have such a rich inheritance and know better but when your appearance is something that never truly stays consistently healed you can give up... almost too easily sometimes. I am looking to get closer to God more and more as time passes, and find the answers in God's will and in God's love.... if you could lift me up and pray for a true miracle in the greatest sense of the word it would be beyond caring, I want to be free of this malady forever- not just see it get better as I do and then have to deal with the terribly troublesome nature of maintaining a shaky possibility of remote healing- can you pray for me, I am crying out. Prayer for Baby C.

We recently found out that our baby- who is due in February- has a birth defect that will impact his/her ability to breath at birth. The defect has a 50% survival rate so we are obviously anxious. At the initial diagnosis, it was recommended that we terminate the pregnancy, but that is not an option for us.

We feel very blessed that we have access to excellent medical care and that we have supportive friends and family (and I have a loving husband who is being very positive.) However, knowing that we will have a baby that at worst might not survive and at best will have to have surgery and be in the hospital for months is very hard.

Please pray for Baby C to be as healthy as possible at birth and have the strength and will to beat this defect. We're working hard to give him/her the best chance at life, and we hope he/she will give it her all also.

I am a young christian girl and i got involved with a muslim guy for 3 years. we parted as he went away to study in a different city but our feelings for each other never went away. now i have to make a decision if i should continue a relationship with her and think about our future or to end it and walk away..

i dont know how to completely end it as i have known him for 5 years and have practically grown up together with him, if i end it, i would have to go over to a different country and start a new life - that is how weak i am and it pains me to say that because I know God is stronger than me and my problems, but I am unable to believe that I will make it through being so close to him and not being able to be with him

i know that when i am with him, God does come second in my life and I hate that ive done that, and I cant help but think that God took him away from me so that I would come to HIM, which I have now..

After all this rambling, I kindly ask that you pray for me and ask God to show me if i should pursue things with him, and trust that God in HIS own sweet time will change him and bring him to God, or to walk away, and if to walk away, to stay where I am, or right away and start a new life without anybody else to rely on but God..

I lost my job back in April 2008, and ever since it has been extremely difficult for me and my family financially. I am a single mother, head of household. I have one daughter who has one semester left in law school and my other daughter is about to graduate high school and has been accepted into an outstanding university as well. When I had my high paying job, I was able to give and bless others as well as provide for myself and my family. I was able to help my oldest daughter with her undergraduate education, but now I don't know what to do for my youngest daughter who will be attending college next year. I feel so horrible at times, and sometimes I don't understand why I am still here if I can't take care of my family and my responsibilities. I know God loves me; He has proven that time and time again. I have no doubts about His love or Him. I don't know what else to do in regards to my financial situation. I was unemployed for well over year, and during that time I fell way behind on my bills, almost lost my home, and my credit has suffered tremendously. I am still suffering financially, and I am looking at Christmas, debts, college tuition/fees, house repairs, car repairs, law school loan repayment, and it all seem to huge to me, and so out of control for me. Sometimes I don't know if I am coming or going. I pray and pray, and my faith in God and the power of Jesus Christ has been the only thing to have kept me going. Sometimes I think if I didn't have to take care of my little dogs, I would do something drastic. But, I know they need me to take care of them and I would never abandon them and leave them all alone. I need so much help financially. All I can do is ask God to help me in the name of Jesus Christ. I come here today to ask for prayer on my behalf and my family's behalf for deliverance from my financial harship, and for my God and Savior Jesus Christ to have mercy on me and bless us with favor and grace. I am not a totally perfect person, but I do try to live my life according to how I think God and Jesus Christ would want me to live. My heart is pure, and I love my Father in Heaven and my Savior Jesus Christ more than anything on this planet! And even though I am still struggling, I believe with all my heart and soul that it's only a matter of time before my God will come and rescue me and my family from this burden. Even though it looks hopeless for me financially, I rely on God and have placed all of my hope and faith in Him and his power to perform miracles, no matter how dark and gloomy things seem to be. There is no way I could ever live my life without Jesus or God watching over me and my family. I could have never made it without Him. I have given my life to my Lord and Savior, and I accepted Jesus Christ into my life a long, long time ago. Sometimes it feels like the closer I get to God, the more the devil tries to make me believe God does not love me or God has forgotten about me. God didn't forget about Job, and I know He has not forgotten about me. Please pray for me and my family everyone, and we will be ever mindful and forever grateful. Don't know where to begin

Things started going downhill for my daughter and myself about 5 years ago when my now ex-husband left. My daughter was 9 at the time and we both started suffering from depression. My finances went downhill and my daughter and I had to move in with my parents and share a bedroom. Our depression got worse. My daughter has been attending a Christian school for 10 years, since she was 4. Becasue of finances, she may have to go to a different school next year. She has no desire to change schools and her therapist does not think that changing schools right now would be the best thing for her. I do not have the money to send her back to the Christian school. I have written to the school and the church and have not heard anything as of yet. I pray that god would reveal Himself to my daughter in a SUPERnatural way as she is losing faith. I pray for some kind of miracle that would allow her to go back to the Christian school she has gone to for the last 10 years. I pray for my finances to get straight so that my daughter and I can get a place of our own. I pray that things will get better for us. This battle has been going on for 5 years and it seems like no matter how much we pray or have others to pray for us,things only get worse. I need a miracle, I need to hear from God. I have a very special prayer request. I'm sure many of you know that our special needs daughter recently joined a group of sisters after having looked for a group to accept her for more years than we can count. The group she joined literally flung open the doors to her.

But the head of the group is now asking for prayer for the entire community because there are those who are pressuring them to stop doing what they're doing with people with special needs.

The sisters operate a school for people with special needs. They are ministering to people with every possible learning disability. They are also working with a homeless shelter.

I have entered into a new phase of my life.

My mother has been living with me for the past ten years, She was diagnosed with Alzheimers four years ago and my siblings have blamed me for it. I could write a book on this journey.

My mother and I were co-owners of the house. My sister and brother and mother told me I was stealing her house and because my mother has Alzheimers she became very aggressive toward me and accused me of stealing all of her things so she made my sister( without me knowing it) Power of Attorney because she didn't trust me. This disease is miserable and did cause me to have much frustration with my mother. I was dealing with mistreatment from her and my reaction was sheer frustration and I was told it was mistreatment toward her. I was trying to hold on to Mom so she wouldn't have to go to a home because she loves her house and she had many beautiful flower gardens.



I could no longer take care of her (I felt like I was going to die from the stress from it all) and told my sister she would have to take her now.

So three weeks later I received a letter from their lawyer forcing me to sell.My sister told me if my mother can't live here neither can I, after six weeks of the house being on the market the house sold.



My sister is three years younger than me and she has always tried to make me feel inferior and I have told them all I'm not proud of any of their behaviour, scheming and coniving and false accusations toward me. My brother and his family aren't speaking to me and I don't go to my sister's home where my mother is living.

There was so much under handed stuff going on because of their jealousy of me. I'm just hoping I can detach from it all to keep my sanity.

I had so many evil forces coming at me from all sides. I did seek out councelling and I was told I would feel guilty if I gave Mom up which I do. I did go to the Alzheimers Society also and they told me I was doing the right thing and that I had done enough.

It's so hard to see things cleary in the midst of all of this stress. My mother seems to be adjusting to living with my sister.

I still keep in touch with my mother by phone and invite her out.
I pray God will show us understanding and give us healing in all of this.

Request for Healing from a unhealthy relationship

I am requesting prayer for inner healing from a separation from a couple year partnership I had with an unsaved boyfriend. As I recommitted my life a year into the relationship, I noticed how things gradually became worse over time with his alcohol abuse, attacks on my faith in Christ, anger and verbal abuse. It seems as if my faith and trust in Christ made him disrespect me more and more and the abuse and attacks on my character increased to the point where I felt fragile emotionally and dependent on his approval. I prayed and prayed that he would know Christ for a few months, and at times it seemed he was changing, but the alcoholism worsened and became too much for me to handle, alcoholism was prevalent in the life of my father at a young age and I could see that I was probably on the same if not worse path than my parents through his inability to fulfill daily responsibilities financially and otherwise.
I have distanced myself from him with the support of close family and saw the unhealthy influence he had on my life, to the point that I realize now if I stayed with him, he could easily destroy me and my faith with his addiction and abusive behavior.
I know by all accounts this breakup is for my best, as God knows much better than I what is best for me, yet the feelings of rejection, pain and loneliness as well as the lost years of this relationship sting at times.
I ask for revelation knowledge and the Lords strength and power to persevere and trust completely in God's better plan for my life, instead of thinking I can somehow change or pray for this man to change.

I am a student. I study for B.A. degree in the College of Management in the city Rishon Le Zion.
I have difficulties with my study. I am 44 years old. I made immigration from Russia to Israel. And I study Hebrew, which not in my mother-language.
Additional to all I am slow from my nature.
When I made my exams in the college, the part of them I was not able to finish. This is meant that about 20%-30% from material of exam I could not accomplish, even I did knew this material.
I made psychological test, which check my ability for study.
The result of this test that I am slow, not organized and the knowledge of Hebrew are not on the level for academically study.
I already have 20 minute for every hour of exam, because Hebrew is not my mother-language.
I made this test for reason to get additional 5 minute for each hour of exam.
This petition will go to Dean's office for students. The people, who will decided there are Jehudit Neshry Makov and Tamar Almor.
I very ask for supporting prayer. I did not pass few exams in last semester, because I could not finish them. The studies are very difficult for me. And this additional 5 minute for hour will really help me, that I can accomplish my study for B.A. degree.

Please ask for the recovery and physical, mental and spiritual healing of my nephew, Steffan Mario Sookdeo, who was in an accident on Christmas Day and has suffered massive head and internal injuries, one of the surgeries was today and I implore, if God's will be so, for his full recovery so that he can know and love God in the proper way,please. This was a violation of his probation which was for some trouble he'd gotten into with friends. He has accepted responsibility and repented for his sins and mistakes. God's will, peace & restoration/healing

i would like prayer for my family. rachel has been sick all her life, finally the right doctor ordered tests & she had an immune deficiancy & lyme disease. the medication makes her sick. she has cut herself at least twice & i have begun counseling for her...not going well.

jessica is a good kid & finally doing well in school. with rachel's illnesses & our family crisis & moving, she feels so sad & alone most of the time.

Craig, the man i love & have been with for 5 years, suddenly left us. he cannot deal with rachel's cutting & it has brought a lot of past pain & darkness back to his mind & heart. i am still in shock he's gone.

i am trying to pack & move. i am not handling things very well emotionally. be strong, then fall apart. i have not smiled or laughed since january. i only pray, pack, go to doctor's, cry, & pray some more.

please pray for God's will in the life of my family & for my relationship with craig to be restored in God's glory.

I once wrote to you asking why God alway gives me a negative answer and i really thought of the feedback and shared it with my friends and thanks alot. God bless you and give you even more wisdom.

Today i request for a prayer.I applied for a job as Cash Book Accountant in LEC and pray that bless me with this job.The money that i earn in the current job so little and i really need money. I am a mother of one handsome boy and God has blessed me once more again and will deliver in January 2011.

I believe that God sees how much i am suffering and hear my prayers.

I thank God for he is God all the time.GOOD,CARING,PROTECTING,LOVING.

Im 24 years old and have 2 children one boy 3 yrs of age and a new baby girl 3 mths old. Though my children were both unplanned after I gave birth to my son I was so happy and excited. I was living life well with my husband and first born. until I found out I was going to have another baby I was so used to things being the way they were I was upset and nervous to take care of another life, I could barely take care of myself... soon I began to hold this I suppose "grudge" on myself when I knew in my heart that God had given me such a gift to have children. I felt so horrible that I felt this way, I didn't understand how could I even think such things. As my pregnancy progressed and she was born I felt different as if I didn't want her. Very soon after I feel into postpartum depression, there would be flashes of the most horrible scenes that involved myself and my baby girl. since then ofcourse with the sake of my family I went to the ER and got helped, after the medication set in I felt alright but not myself happy go lucky kind of person. Now I feel that myself caught in depression it feels like a spiritual battle that I've been challenged with. with God in my heart I would never harm my children or myself, the thoughts still came before I was on medication. I feel that I've decieved God that I had thought these awful things. Now I feel at peace sometimes and sometimes not, my family and prayers to the Lord help me everyday to build my strengh to live the life that I am meant to live. PLEASE PRAY THAT GOD WILL HEAL AND LEAD ME IN THE DIRECT PATH AND FUFILL MY HEART AND FAMILY WITH HAPPINESS AND JOY.

Strength to deal with difficult supervisor

Please lift me up in prayer I have a supervisor that is trying to do everything she can to get me fired or to make me quit. She told me yesterday I wasn't money hungry enough like her and I refuse to steal and cheat to bring accounts current to up our team ratings. She advised me I was sensitive and when she was finished with me I'd be like her and then she proceeded to laugh in my face and told me to enjoy the ride home last night in the flooding rains we had. today she sent the entire team a email on how to deal with a sensitive person such as myself which really hurt she didn't have to do that but it was done intentionally to hurt me. Tomorrow she is having a team meeting and I pray that her manager is made aware of it and attends to listen to what she says to us or that he obtains a copy of the email she sent with one of the topics being: before we take time off on her team for a death in the family it needs to be scheduled ahead of time, how can you plan a death? I'm so stressed I feel like I'm going to have a stroke or heart attack please pray for me that I no longer nor will the team have to fear her ever again as I'm not the only member she does this to. She makes me cry in the morning knowing that she bullies on a daily basis and I'm afraid to say what I want to for fear I'll lose my job as she loves trouble and will lie in a minute on you to cover herself.

Dear Fellow Brethren in Christ,

I made a choice by leaving a job early. I was very stressed and unwell and I needed to tender my resignation to have time to settle into my new school.

But because of the choice I made, I now have to compensate the company of over 800 dollars.I do not have that amount to pay and if i do not pay in time, they might bring the issue into legal action.I wished it did not have to turn out this way..but it's too late. I'm trusting in God to help me overcome and settle my debt to this company. I know my problem is trivial compared to others out there. If you would be so kind to offer your prayers for me to overcome this, I'm grateful.
