A Time to Live, A Time to Die

It's funny how our
Minds work, when
We are very young

Somehow we think
That we are going
To live forever

We think that we are
Invincible

Believing in our hearts
We can somehow
Cheat death

And though we saw
Young people like
Ourselves die, we
Felt that it would
Never happen to
Us

In our young minds
Death seemed a million
Years away

The older I become
The more I Seem to
Appreciate life

The simple truth of
The matter is, that
We are all appointed
A time to be born
And a time to die

So it is so important
To make the most of
The time that God has
Given us all

Especially when it comes
Helping other people

I believe that is what is
So important to our Lord

Join me now so we can
Ask our God to help us to
Make the most of those times,
Which is helping people
Who are in need

As our Lord changes
And enriches our lives
We will be able to change
And enrich the lives of others!!!
