The Christian Depression Help You're Looking For.......
You know it's depression...but you're a Christian. It's hard to think about getting "Christian depression help". You want to get better but you don't even have the energy to start. There are some things you can do. You aren't alone and you certainly have every reason to have hope. One of the best books I've read that offers help for depression is Seeing in the Dark. This book is written by a Christian doctor and a Christian preacher who both battle depression in one way or another. I was really impressed at their candor and the solutions they offer. It is a great read. I also think one of the best ways to battle depression is to work on your self esteem. Here is a And, of course, there is more Christian depression help available.
