I am learning to
Cherish each day

They seem to mean
So much more to me
Now

Love and commitment
Have taken on a whole
New meaning these
Days as well

Some of God's word
Is just not something
That I read, but find
Myself living them

It is wonderful to
See some of the
Changes in my life
That I have been
Praying for come
To life

Our God is faithful
And I take one step
At a time with Him

He will continue to
Guide and lead me

He and He alone will
Keep me on the right
Path

Everyday just brings
Me to a much closer
Walk with Him

The best part is that
We do not arrive or
Attain it all

It is truly a life long
Walk with Him

Always learning and
Changing through Christ
Jesus!!!

Again, I cherish each
Day that comes my way

But most of all I cherish
My walk with God

I plan to hold on for dear
Life

For is it not true that God is Life!!!

Hold on with me now and never let
Go of our God who Loves us all
More than life itself!!!

Ask Him to fill our heart with
A renewed desire to have or
Continue a closer walk with
Him

May your compassion to do His
Work fill your soul like never
Before

So many of us are
Truly blessed to be
Able to celebrate on this
Glorious day, that
Our Lord and Savior
Arose from the dead!!!

Thus conquering death
For us all!!!

We are all Victorious
Death has no hold on
Us

Today is truly a Glorious Day!!!

What an awesome
Victory that we have
Through Christ Jesus!!!

We still live in times of
Great Miracles and other
Marvelous Wonders

So why do we still have
So many people who are
Not able to see or appreciate
The Miracles and Wonders
That take place all around us!!!

Why do they not see all
The wonders of Life that
Occur daily!!!

Again, why are they so clueless?

The answer here is simply
They have no eyes to see
With

And they have no ears to
Hear with

Also their Hearts have been
Hardened.

That's the way so many of
Us were like before God
Got a hold on us and
Changed our lives through
His Saving Grace!!!

It is my Special Prayer on
This Easter Sunday that
God will be able to touch
Some of theses people

Giving them eyes to see!!!

Giving them ears to hear!!!

Giving them hearts that are
No longer hardened!!!

But giving them hearts that
Are truly open and ready to
Receive our Risen Lord!!!

Yes, may they receive Jesus
Christ as there personal Lord and
Savior, on this truly Glorious
Easter Sunday!!!

May God's Love fill our Hearts
On this Special Day, may His
Love flow through us all, touching
The lives of our family, friends,
And loved ones!!!

Everyday is a challenge

We all live on this planet
Where society decides
That the majority rules

But as we all know too
Well, that does not always
Make them right

Yes, we are facing and
Dealing with challenging
Times!!!

It also seems like some
People or the majority
Of them are striving to
Be popular

Again, we are facing Challenging times!!!

Greed, monetary gain,
And selfishness have
Taken on a whole new
Level and is at its worse

The Enemy, the Evil one
Simply basks in the glory
Of all of this

He truly feeds on all this!!!

The Evil One wants to use
Greed, monetary gain, and
Selfishness to trap us all

And we who are the
Redeemed have a choice
Today

Our God has already given
Us all we need to be victorious
Over the trappings from the
Evil one!!!

To God be the Glory!!!

My creator for all
The wonderful things
He has given me

I have so much to
Be thankful for

He always gives me
His grace and His

His Love enfolds me
And he protects me
From all harm

New song to the one
Who died for me

He truly Loves us all

He does all these
Amazing things for
All who call on His

Our God gave us His very life, so that we could have life!!!

So what could we all give Him in return!!!

Our Lord's price for us was great, but our price is so simple
When you compare it to what He gave!!!

We can never out give God

But He does not require us to do that

He does require that we give Him all that we are

Join me now to thank and praise our Wonderful Maker

Let all that has breath Praise and Worship our Wonderful Savoir!!!

Yes, let all search our hearts and sing a new song to our God!!!

And all of God's children say Amen!!!

Crisis

Our world is in a
Big crisis right
Now

Lots of troubled times
And uncertainness
Are headed our way

Our planet has had
A long history of these
Troubled times and
Uncertainness

So this is truly nothing
New

The real issue here
Is what do we do with
This

How will we react and
Who do we look to for
Strength and hope

Our own government
As well as other groups
Are all looking for a way
To turn this around and
Get us all out

So who do we believe,
I say that because, both
Ways are different and
Each feel their way will
Work

This also means each
Feels the others way
To fix things will fail

So again I say, who
Do we believe!!!

They all have good
Intentions and want
To turn this whole
Issue around

But even at best
It will take time

Again, who do we
Believe

Who do we look to
For strength and
Hope!!!

Only one comes
To mind, that is
Our God

He is the way, He
Is our strength and
Hope

Not just on this issue
Our economy, but in
Everything, He is truly
The way

He will also use this
In all of our lives to
Make us a better people

Also to help us to be a
Better nation

When we let go and let
God, as a nation, as
Individual people, good
Things will happen

Better times again will
Come our way and we
Will all be the stronger
For it

As we trust our God to
Get us all through this
No matter how long it
Takes, He and He alone
Will see us through the
Desert and then to the
Land of milk and honey

Yes, God is the way
He has been and will
Always be

And He will always be our Strength and Hope!!!

Choose God!!!!

Why is it that some
Times while we are
Getting ready to go
To church, we end
Up having a huge
Fight with our wife
Or husband

I don't know about
You, but after that
I don't want to go

I myself feel totally
Out of the spirit and
I find myself thinking
What's the use anyway

So why do you think
That happens some
Times?

Well I feel that this
Is the doing of the
Enemy--- the evil
One

The enemy delights
In keeping us from
Worshiping our God

He does not want
Us to receive God's
Word

The enemy also is
Trying to keep us
All from being blessed

And he wants to keep
Us all from being a
Blessing to others

The enemy simply wants
Us to fall in his hands so
He can mess up our whole
Day

He will be delighted when
We all start to feel the guilt
And shame of not going to
Church that day

So now when this happens
To me, in my anger and pain
I manage to go

Praying on my way there
Asking God to forgive me
And also asking Him to help
Me to get back in the spirit

And of course when I get
Back home, I ask the person
That I fought with to forgive
Me as well

The enemy only has a hold
On us if we let him

So we all have a choice to
Go the way of the enemy
Or going God's way

I am so thankful when I
Choose God's way

As you know the enemy
Gives us nothing but
Pain and heart ache

While Our God gives us
So much

Now my heart Is filled with
His Joy and peace

And as we all continue our
Walk with our Lord, He will
Give us all the power we
Need when the evil one
Comes a calling

Oh what sweet victory we
Have in Jesus!!!

Reassurance

It was not too long
Ago that I shared
With all of you,
That I lost one of
My sisters to cancer

Now I just received
The news that I have
Cancer

My cancer is different
From what my sister
Had, which took her
Life

Instead of been given
A death sentence, I
Have been given a life
Sentence

I am blessed that my
Cancer was discovered
Early, it is grade one

And with a simple
Operation I will be
Cancer free

There was a time in
My life that I would
Have become bitter
About this whole
Thing

Why did my Lorry
Have to die and
Not me

But I am so thankful
To God that I am not
Bitter

And though I may not
Totally understand the
Passing of my sister

At least I have the
Reassurance that
Heaven is her home

Also, I feel,why should
I be bitter when God
Has, and continues to
Be, so good to me

So many people in
Our world are in and
Out of hospitals with
So many heath issues

Many of them have
Had more than their
Share of being
Operated on

And my life has been
The total opposite of
That

So that Is why I am
So thankful!!!

I also have so much love
And support from family,
Friends and loved ones

I also have the wonderful
Reassurance of knowing
Our God is going be with
Me in the operating room
When I have my surgery

I am so amazed how God
Has used this in my life to
See this as something to
Be very grateful for and
Making this a great
Blessing for me as well

God is good!!!

My heart and prayers
Go out to all that have
Cancer

May everyone of them
Receive their Miracles
In which God sees fit, to
Give each, according to
His riches in Glory!!!

May Our Lord keep us
All safe, He truly holds
Us all in His heart as
Well as in His Hands

Something Special!!!!

I am going to do something special today, because in a few more days
We will all be celebrating Christmas Day!!!

The Birth of Jesus Christ!!!

This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be

Married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child

Through the Holy Spirit. Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did

Not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.

But after he had considered this, an Angel of the Lord appeared to him in dream and

Said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife,

Because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son,

And you are to give him the name Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins.

All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: The virgin

Will be with child and give birth to a son, and they will call him---Immanuel'' ---which

Means, "God be with us."

When Joseph woke up, he did what the Angel of the Lord commanded him and took

Mary home as his wife. But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son.

And he gave him the name Jesus.

The shepherds and the Angles!!!

And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their
Flocks at night. An Angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of

The Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the Angel said to them,

''Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people.

Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is Christ the Lord.

This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a

Manger."

Suddenly a great company of the Heavenly Host appeared with the Angel, Praising

God and saying,

"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men
On whom His favor rests."

When the Angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one

Another, "Lets go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happen, which the Lord

Has told us about."

So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the

Manger. When they had seen Him, they spread the word concerning what had been

Told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds

Said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her

Heart.

The Shepherds returned, Glorifying and Praising God for all the things they had heard

And seen, which were just as they had been told.

This is from the book of Matthew and Luke!!!

The Best Is Yet To Come!!

Today was my last
Worship service at
North Shore Chapel

God lead me here
About a little more
Than a year ago

After the church that
I was a member of
Closed their doors

And now this happened
Again!!!

I know in my heart it
Was nothing we did
Wrong

Everything has a time
And a season

God never closes a
Door, never puts out
A candles light

Without opening a new
Door or lighting a new
Candle

This also does not mean
That Gods work is done
In our lives

It just means that God
Has a whole new plan
For our lives

This will be a time to
Meet new people

He will use this new
Journey to change
And enrich our lives

So we will be able to
Change and enrich
The lives of others

For that is what it is
All about

The Best Is Yet To Come!!!

Resolutions

Well here we are again
The New Year is just
Around the corner

We will all be celebrating
In a few more days

The New Year is usually
A time when we all try
To make all of our New
Year Resolutions!!!

We all start out with
Good intentions and
We all may do well
For a time

But if we are all honest
With ourselves we only
Do well for a short period
Of time, then it's back to
Business as usual

My proposal this morning
Is that we simply take our
New Year Resolutions to
God and give it all to Him!!!

If we are all faithful to give all
Those things to Him everyday
We will see that it will make a
Huge difference in all of our
Lives

We will simply have the victory
Everyday from God, through
Christ Jesus!!!

Now it is time for Praise and Worship!!!

So please come with me now to Praise
Our Wonderful Maker, to Praise our
Wonderful Savior!!!

For Our God is Holy and is Worthy of
All of our Praises!!!

Let us all search deep into our hearts
This morning, I know we will all find

Bondage No More

I often look on times in my life and how I was enslaved.
I could still be locked up or I could be lying in a grave.
I equate this to the voyage of slaves on history’s ships.
Shackled by chains and bound with ropes around their weak hips.
Tied up against their will and kept in utter darkness.
Ears to hear and eyes to see but nothing there but blindness.
Sin will take your heart away and toss you to the side
Where sharks await your falling…from them you can not hide.
If the ocean were to dry up and no water would be left
You would find the bones of many to chains their hands still cleft.
Bondage is an ugly state but many still reside
Not against their will but because of a thing called Pride.
Slaves from the Amistad were examples of real strength
They overtook the evil then to freedom they soon went.
It took their power to be exercised and noticed right away
They could not stand by and allow the passing of the day
Without fighting against the bondage that had them so enslaved
They refused to die and to be put into the ocean’s drowning grave.
So today I tell you about myself and how I refuse to die
I will not allow the grips of evil to take me and that is NO Lie!
My eyes will remain not on man but upward to the Hills
To where I know the Lord abides and keep me. Yes, He will!
If you need Him, just open up and call out His name.
He did this for me and for you He Will do the same!

Of radiation

My treatments are

Spirits are very high

The courage they have
Has touched my heart
Deeply

I have been blessed
By all of this

It has truly changed my

God is Good!!!

Our God is our Wonderful Maker!!!

Beauty!!

God is the creator
Of all things

The Universe and the
Heavens above and
All who dwell there

And God created
The earth and all
Its inhabitance

Everything He made
He spoke it into being
By the word of His
Mouth

It does not get anymore
Incredible than that!!!

I believe that we are given
Glimpses of God's beauty
From His creation

He created us in His image
That is one way to see His
Beauty

Another way to see some
Of that beauty is in all the
Beautiful animals that we
Share this planet with

The same holds for all the
Beautiful flowers, plants,
And trees

We can see that beauty in
The mountains He has made
And in the great oceans as
Well

The same holds true for all
The wonderful sunrises as
Well as the sunsets

The bible, God's word,
Also gives us all some
Glimpses of His Beauty

Artists for centuries have
Tried to depict and capture
His beauty on canvas

And I am sure we all try in
Our hearts and minds to
Imagine His great beauty
Magisty

I do know that one day
We will all see our Lord
In His true beauty and
Magisty when He comes
Back for us all and takes
Us home to be with Him

But until then we can see
And enjoy His glorious
Beauty in all the ways
That I have just mentioned

Finally we can capture
His great beauty by
Simply loving one another
With His Love, and helping
One another as well

Again, let us all in enjoy God's beauty in all things that we see and do!!!

He is in my pride

He is in my self seeking nature

He is in my need to get even

He is in my need to feel better at the expense of others

He is in my heart that has been hurt so bad, that has now turned into anger!!!

All these things are keeping me away from You!!!

Oh God bring me back to Your loving arms

Bring me back to Your kind and gentle Spirit

Bring me back to what is right, those things that are pure and holy!!!

Yes, Oh God, please bring me back to You

Create in me those things which Honor and Glorify You

Why do I hold on so strong to the grip of the Evil One

Again all these things keep me away from You!!!

I know in my heart of hearts we have the Victory over the Evil One

Our God has set us free through Christ Jesus!!!

It is time to Praise our Lord and Savior

Yes, let us all Praise His Holy Name!!!

For He was there in the very beginning and He will be there at the end!!!

I come to you so humble with my head bowed down.
I fold my hands and open my heart in order to turn around.
I present to you these words I’ll say to let you know my desire.
To still be your servant true to be lit up with Your Fire.
I’ve spent some time in a place that was not meant for me.
A place that you didn’t tell me to go where I would be free.
I went there on my own decision thinking that it was good.
I got caught up in some things that dwelled there in that hood.
I’ve been taught so many things from the Word of God.
What I should say, what I should do, and where my feet should not trod.
So now I have to start again to ask you to forgive.
Not just for me but for my seed so that they, too, may live.
I was afraid to be left behind and out here on my own.
I repent and I return to where I know is home.
Please, Lord, please forgive the wrong that I have done.
Accept my confession now and allow me to come
Back to the place where I belong and in the arms of The One.
I repent for what I said and especially for what I did
Trying not to tell anyone and trying to stay hid.
But I know that You are every single place I go.
You’re in my home, you’re in my heart, and the voice that tells me, “No!”
Lord, I ask this in Your Name, that you will hear this prayer.
That you will continue just to be with me everywhere.
When I’m approached by that man that is no good for me.
And when I know that I can stand and continue to be free.
I thank you, Lord, for the grace and mercy that you have given.

Holy Ghost Counsel

He needs no counsel and He is not slothful!
The rosebud takes time to blossom.
Do not meddle with God’s business.
Do only what you can do and then watch God work out His Sovereign will.
Faith thanks God for His promises and rejoices for He will fulfill His Word.
Pray, “Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”
Resist the devil wherever he is at work.
God is never in a hurry in view of eternity.
Walk with God and be led by Him step by step.
He gives you one day at a time and daily bread.
He controls ALL the circumstances of your life.
Trust when you cannot understand for God is at work and He will do His pleasure through you.
Be to the praise of His glory.
Let your words be few.
Be filled with the Holy Ghost so His power will flow through your look, your words, your hands and your life.
You are God’s light.
You are God’s temple.
You are God’s power-house.
You carry the Presence of God to people.

Dear Margaret,
Your above words of wisdom has made me realise, that saying "The Our Father" especially when saying the words "Thy will be done" without actually meaning it has been my failing as ever so oten I pray asking God to do this or that to solve my problems as soon as possible, instead of just telling him of my problems or rather laying all my burdens at his feet with the confidence that without my asking He has only my good and that of my loved ones at heart and he is doing what is best in His wisdom, which is ay beyond what I can see. So I hope after reading I will change my way of praying and pray with more trust in the Lord. Ifeel now I have found a way to gain more Faith and Hope.

What do you do when you see all around you what seems fake but is real?
What do you do when you know in your heart all the things that you feel?
What can you say to the people who know you and see the look on your face?
What can you do at a time like this when you know you must finish the race?

Reality is not a new thing in life; it’s something we all experience at all times.
Reality is that thing in life that can make you go crazy in your mind.
But when you allow your mind to be renewed, refreshed and at ease
God will take all of that away and allow your soul to be at peace.

I have arrived at a beautiful place that I am happy to now see -
A place where I turned from but where God has come for the purpose of meeting ME.
I am excited about this New Day and the things that are to come.
I couldn’t imagine any place else that would be home to anyone.

So I solicit your thoughts and prayers as I celebrate this Joyful Place.
And then I offer you the same invite to not just listen but to see His Face.
God will soothe every hurt and pain that was caused by those you love.
He will call each of you by name and reserve you a home up above.

So hold steadfast and unmovable and know that Reality is God.
He will guide each word you speak and even each place you trod.
Stay close to Him as you travel time and keep Him in your heart.
Don’t let fantasy take you away nor from Him ever to depart.

You've Always Been There

You've been there in happy times throughout my youth.
Been there as I made bad choices, as painful as they've been, that is the truth.

I've felt the thorns of love, as relationships have crumbled,

You've been there to share my tears,
Carried me through my struggles and my fears.

You were there in spite of it all,
Even through the times I messed up & dropped the ball.

There are times You've had to want to yell & shake your head.

But no, not You, as your love has always nurtured me & my needs You have fed.

Times have been dark my dear friend,
yet You've always stood by me & I'm sure You will til my end.

You gave me the strength to stop drinking.
Now that true blessing has restored my clear thinking.

Your love for me has been beyond belief, yet I do...

That is I DO believe in You!

I'm not always patient, yet I still feel my life is a blessing.

Some might hear that & laugh, at least that's what I'm guessing.

You've been there at my brightest times & I hope I've made You smile.

I hope my good deeds have out done my bad deeds file.

You were there when life's roses have bloomed & my children were born,
& You've seen the title of dad is one I've proudly worn.

I look forward to moving on to even better days,

God's Grace

His Love is like a great blanket

So often we all get caught up in our daily routines, often facing fearful and challenging situations, forgetting that all we need is to stay close to God, turn to Him first through prayer and meditation and then trusting him Him to provide His grace, a grace that is freely and lovingly given!

He Loves Me

I can still remember
When I was lost

I did the bidding
Of the Evil one

I was so angry
And bitter back

I completely got caught

My heart was hardened

I had eyes that could not see

I had ears that could not hear

I blamed others for all my problems

But I most of all blamed God!!!

I did not know back
Then He loved me
In spite of myself

That He actually had
A plan for my life

He was waiting for
Me with open arms

What a Miracle it
Was when He gave
Me eyes that could
See

Longer hardened

Now I can not imagine

He protected me all

I feel that it is good
To look back and
Remember where
We came from

I believe it will help us
All to truly appreciate

And the good news is

There is only one place for me
I go to the Lord

He is my comfort!!!

Yes, I run to my Savior who welcomes me with open arms

He always gives us all more than we deserve

And He is always just there waiting for us to call on Him
For all our needs

Join me now to run to our Savior who will welcome us all

We are always
Praying for family
Friends and loved

All these diseases
Take the lives of
So many people

But there is one

Is a complete cure
For

It is our human condition,
Our fleshly nature (Sin).

The cure for this comes
From God's saving grace,
Which we receive through
The person of Christ Jesus

This is only one prayer

The promise of eternal

The good news is that God

Is this starting to affect

Not in a positive way

Do you feel totally and
Utterly hopeless right

What's the use away

I know exactly how
You feel, we have
All been there

We all have our crosses
To bare

Just as our Lord and Savior
Had His cross to bare

So you may be saying to
Yourself right now how does
This help me?

The answer is a very simple
One, our God does not expect
Us to bare our crosses alone

He is there with us every step
Of the way

He will take away your sorrow
And grief

Now as you carry your cross
Others around you will be touched
By this in the right way

As God uses this in your
Life to change you, He will
Use this to change the lives
Of others as well

So carry your cross with
Your head held up high

And by doing so this will
Bring Glory and Honor
To our Lord and Savior

What could be more wonderful than to be able walk with
Our creator!!!

Let us all cherish the crosses that Our Lord has given
Us all too bare!!!

Because, when you think about it and all that He has done for us
It is truly a very small price to pay!!!

Wrong use of words. Burdens are not a cross -- Jesus carried the cross. To help carry the cross you are helping God do justice in the world (giving). I see prayers as taking -- you are asking something from God, asking him to relieve your burdens whether they are emotional or physical. I think it is a distinct difference. If we carry a cross where is it?
There should be a book written on this subject -- it should be interesting to see how we all look at this subject.
Abortion, murder, feeding the poor, etc. are helping to bare the cross for Christ.
The Bible tell us to take our burdens to Jesus and he will help us and give us strength. This is prayer where we are asking (taking) something to help us.

I appreciate your poem's ability to reframe my personal cross in a positive light. I have carried it for twelve and a half years. My cross has recently become so large and heavy that I lost sight of the ways God is using it to initiate much needed change in me. Thank you for helping me get back on track. I must stay my course - that is, I must continue carrying my cross until it is God's will for me to set it down and rest.

I woke up this morning with a hole in my heart. I cried and cried and cried. As I cried I felt fear, sadness and hurt. I cried. Oh, how I cried.
I cried because I wanted people to love others not hurt them.

I cried because I miss my Grandmother.
I cried because my children are all grown up.
I cried because I am a grandmother and I feel old.
I cried because I don't want to love all the time, I want to get even.
I cried because I am grey.
I cried because I am tired.
I cried because I miss being a little girl.
Then I fell asleep and when I woke up I smiled because I felt better.
Sometimes, it is ok just to be human... I think.
Later, I smiled again because Jesus loves me.
Now I smile because I know I am not alone.

Death Touches

Things that happen to
Us everyday

We also have very painful
Things that happen as well

I have noticed that it is
Through these painful
Times that God uses the
Most, to make changes
In my life

I also receive wonderful
Blessings during these
Painful moments

It is also a great way to
Bring people closer together

I could chose many different
Examples of these painful
Times, but I chose the subject
Of death today

Death touches all of our lives
We have all lost family, friends,
And love ones

People just naturally rally around
When death occurs, giving their
Love, support, and prayers

It just seems to bring us all closer
Together, even those we hardly
Know, or are just getting to know.
They are just as caring and supportive

Death can leave us with a huge
hole in our hearts

So we need our God to fill that
hole with His strength

He will help us all get beyond
The pain

His Love will comfort us as well

As we let go and let God, He
Will heal our hearts

He will renew our spirits

I write this in the Loving
Memory of my Sister
Lorry who died this
Summer from cancer!!!

As much as I miss her
It was a blessing

Now, with Gods help I
See her passing, as a
Miracle, her pain is over!!!

And now God, with the help,
Love, and support of others
In my life, has me on the
Road to healing that huge

Wake up one morning
Reality sets in, realizing

Still You are wonderful to me

I can so relate to what you are saying, Di.

My husband, Kevin, was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer on March 5 (the day before his 45th birthday) of this year. He ended up spending almost 6 weeks in the hospital and going through 2 major operations.

He is home now and going through 12 rounds of Folfox. The side effects are pretty rough, but God is carrying us through this devastating trial.

We call the day he was diagnosed the great and terrible day because it is the most traumatic thing to ever happen to us and because it is also the greatest.

We have found closeness with our precious Lord and Saviour that we probably would have never found without Him putting the brakes on our lives.

The doctors did not give us much hope in the hospital (his liver is full of tumors) but God is showing them all that He is the One in control. Kevin is doing great and amazing his doctors!

I see your post is over a year old. I hope all went well with the radiation and you are feeling better.

Easter Sunday

Since today is Easter, I am going to do this a little different this morning!!!

Enjoy!!!

After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.

There was a violent earthquake, for an Angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it.

His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow.The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.

The Angel said to the woman, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; He has risen, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay. Then go quickly and tell His disciples: He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see Him. Now I have told you."

So the woman hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell His disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. "Greetings.'' He said. They came to Him, clasped His feet and worshiped Him. Then Jesus said to them, do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.''

I know that all of our Hearts are filled with much Joy today!!!

Just let that Joy overflow and spill over to all the people that we
Love and hold dear in our Hearts!!!

May Our Lord help us all to Love everyone in the same way He Loves all of us!!!

Us what is truly important
In life, which is loving and

They are so moving that
We find ourselves welling
Up with tears

And we can't wait to reach
Out and do all those wonderful
Things

But if most of us are honest
With ourselves, we simply
Do not take the time

It is not that we do not care
It is because we live in a
World today that demands
To much of our time

We are also guilty of taking
On to much

All of us have things that
Happen in our lives that
No matter how strong we
Are we just can not handle
Them

They over power us causing
In our hearts a despair so
Powerful that causes us to
Go to a dark and deep place

Our anguish is so strong that
We call out to all the people
Around us wanting them to
Feel sorry for us

We somehow believe that we
Are the only ones going through
This insisting that no one else
Could possibly know how we
Feel

And in our desperation to make
All these people understand the
Unthinkable happens

These same people turn around
And tell us we have no idea what
They are going through

Their response pushes us over
The edge, we simply lose it and
We can not believe how selfish
They are

Now we are all hurt beyond belief
We also feel that we have been
Abandoned, especially by those we
Feel the closes to

Our hearts and minds are unable to
Believe that this could happen

How can these people be so
Unloving and uncaring

What has happened to those
Beautifully written E-mails
That has inspired us to help
Those around us?

Again it is because we are
All to busy, not realizing that
We are not keeping the
Commitments we have made

And we do the same with our
Promises

Now take a step back and
Think about Our God who
Runs a whole universe and
Everything in it

We are all so blessed to
Have a God that is never
To busy

He keeps all of His Promises

He Keeps all of His Commitments

Aren't you glad He is not like us?

We are all so blessed to have a God who is so Loving

And because of His great Love He takes care of us all

Lord and Savior was
Born!!!

God gave His creation
The Special gift of His

No greater gift could

So what gift could

That our Lord has

For us all

Giving of ourselves

Yes, we truly need to
Be Loving and caring

Today is a very painful
Reminder that our
Enemies were able to
Attack us

And how easy it was for
Them to carry out their
Evil mission!!!

So many lives were
Taken that day

Many families will never
Be the same due to a
Lost of a loved one

Mothers and Fathers
Lost their Sons and
Daughters

Just as many lost
A wife or a husband

I remember that day
I saw it on TV. I could
Not believe my eyes

It was like a very bad
Nightmare, I thought
It was not happening

Seconds later I knew it
Was all so real, happening
Right before my eyes

I was very blessed that
None of my family and
Friends were on that
Plane!!!

It must have been so
Horrible for those people
That had loved ones
On that plane!!!

And even more horrible
For those people watching,
Knowing that a loved one
Or a friend had died right
Before their eyes!!!

We also need to honor
And remember the
Sacrifice these people
Made with the loss of
Their lives!!!

We must keep saying

First they took praying out

Then it was the pledge of

I believe that this will be
His greatest achievement
