Christian Weight Loss Programs ... Really?All the Christian weight loss programs I know about are based on one thing. Taking your focus off of you and putting it on God. Now, there's a concept! If you're like most of the world, this whole constant losing weight thing is enough to make you totally nuts. There are so many plans out there, and your weight is up and down and there never seems to be an end to the nightmare. YUP, I'm right there with you. That's why I'm going to show you what I'm doing to finally beat this problem once and for all. How Did I get into this mess?
I've had back problems for about 30 years. The doctors say I have one disk that is torn, and several more that are deteriorated. So it's been a huge struggle to stay active. I've seen my weight go up and down just like so many other people. When my back felt good, then I could work out and my weight stayed manageable. But then something would happen and my back would be in pain for weeks. Each time my back would flare, it took longer and longer for it to bounce back. Sometimes I'd struggle for weeks and even months. I finally found something that is helping my back stay manageable so now it's time to deal with all the extra weight that has crept on. This photo was taken at my son's wedding. Although it was a wonderful day, I would've loved to have worn something that didn't have to hide so much excess stuff.
