RE: Complaining Co-Workers
by: Anonymous

Even though I'm working on not complaining as much myself, I have the same problem with co-workers. Well, one of them.

Everytime she says something, I immediately either tell her how it's not as bad as it sounds, or turn it into something positive for her.

That usually works :)

What I did in a similar situation
by: Shirley

I want to share with you what I did once in a situation such as you are facing.

I worked in an office where the people were at odds with one another, behind their backs of course and the moral in that office was very gloomy and negative.

The Holy Spirit seemed to speak to me that he loved them just as much as he did me and that I needed to be a "missionary" to them. Not preach, but, show them how a person can show God's love in a setting such as that.

I started having office birthday parties for each one and before I left there these people were all friends in the office and outside.
