May God Bless You as he has put it in you to bless me with this message. I have been feeling exactly the way you did and I just really felt like God had deserted me and just let me go, though he word says other wise I just thought that I lost me chance to be with him as if to of let the fire of the spirit burn out! But now I see that is not the case. Thank You so very much U have no Idea how much I needed to hear someone else experience. To God be the Glory forever and ever. Amen

Your testimony has given me hope that I have not somehow grown cold in my heart towards God. When I was saved, I was on cloud nine. But shortly thereafter, I found myself completely without any joy and thought that somehow I lost my connection to God. So many pastors preach that we might think that we've been saved but haven't actually until we are constantly in the spirit of God. But, I have to have faith that I am even when I can't feel him because I cannot bear the thought of being without God any longer. Thank you for relating this and shalom.
