How do I know my purpose?

I was ordained as an Evangelist. I know I have a prophetic gift. I hear God tell me sooo much. I need to know my purpose.

God Only Knows

Finding your "purpose" seems to be something everybody wants at some point or another. Unfortunately, there is no magic formula to determine what God has in mind for you.

The only way you'll find out is to take a step of faith. Get involved with your church. See if any doors open. Talk to your pastor and get his/her advice about your role there.

As you step out, God will start showing you what comes next.

Building your own relationship with God has got to be your number one priority. If you feel called in any way, getting to know God and His character must be at the top of your things to do list.

As you get to know Him, you'll find that hearing His voice is not difficult. You'll feel nudged inside when the Holy Spirit is trying to tell you something. As you get better at it, you'll be able to discern much more about where you're headed.

Becoming a great Christian is always the key to finding your purpose. That IS the purpose for every single Christian. Once you've made some headway in that area, you're able to move on to finding your individual purpose. It's within step number one that you discover step number 2.

Be blessed,

Karen
