pregnancy/miscarriage

I am 32 years old. I have been married for 7 years. The first 6 years of our marriage, we have had 6 miscarriages. It has been very hard to deal with, and quite frankly, I ran out of hope and faith lots of times.

I always seemed to come back around to God's way of thinking...I know it has been God Himself that has carried me on this long, without delving into deep deep depression.

Everytime I had another miscarriage, people would say "Its OK, your time will come", or "You might just have to get used to the fact that you wont be a mother"....The FACT is, that I had that desire in my heart.

The bible says that God knows the desires of our hearts, and if we serve Him, we shall have the desires of our hearts.

In December 2007, I had my tonsils out...I know that doesnt pertain to pregnancy, and they did a test before the surgery, which was negative. However, God had a different plan for my life. All the doctors I have seen in the past have not been able to "diagnose" my problem.

I found out in Feburary that I was indeed 12 weeks pregnant!! Imagine that! Not only did I concieve, but I had went through the most critical time without even knowing! Apparently I had concieved the week of my tonsilectomy. My pregancy was absolutely perfect! No morning sickness whatsoever..I did have above average blood sugar, but it went back to normal after delivery.

My doctor tried to prepare me mentally for a C-Section, but that went perfect as well! Two pushes, and she was out! We now have a BEAUTIFUL 12 week old daughter..she is truly a miracle, and we thank GOD for her everyday. I recommend the book Supernatural Childbirth by Jackie Mize to everyone who is having problems concieving a child.
