I took this FREE self esteem test. I couldn't believe the report that came from it. It's detailed, it's accurate, and mostly, it's FREE......I really like that part.
So........you need self esteem help. You know you're struggling in some areas of your life, and, try as you will, you just can't seem to make progress. I know EXACTLY how you feel!
Nobody's self esteem is perfect. Everyone has areas in their life where they feel less self esteem than they know they should.
But I think I've found a website that my help. Alison Finch is helping women all over the world with the exact same issues that you're facing.
When I took her free self esteem test, all the materials were individually addressed to me, and everything was based on my own test results. I couldn't help but think she was talking directly to me.
After I took the initial test, I sampled two of the workbooks. The first one, "Replacing Bad Habits with Better Ones" was extremely helpful. Now, I would be crazy to tell you all my bad habits, but let me just say that I think Alison has some great advice on how to make habit changes.
I think the part I liked best about this workbook was Alison's way of forcing me to face all the issues head-on. This isn't a touchy-feely exercise, but rather it takes your issues, puts them on the table and gives you concrete ways to deal with them.
The second workbook I sampled was "Challenging Your Inner Critic". Do you remember the stuff I wrote on some of the other self esteem pages about self talk and how much it affects you? (See some of the links at the bottom of the page)
I liked that Alison actually gives life to your self critic. She helps you evaluate her and decide if this "person" is helping you or hurting you. And then she gives you ways to deal with whatever you decide. It's actually liberating.
There are actually 18 different workbooks in the entire set. Alison will recommend the ones that she thinks will help you the most, based on your initial test results. But you can also pick and choose any of the others too.
The one thing I didn't like about this product is that there are so many workbooks that it felt a bit overwhelming. I think I might like it a little more compact.
But at least you can piecemeal your help. You can pick and choose the workbooks that deal specifically with your problem. That's a good thing.
