Stop Complaining

by Patty Price
(Savannah TN)

Go out and buy a large box of rubber bands and, keep them in a place easy to access often. Every time you start a negative conversation or complain about something, add a rubber band to your wrist. If you have a softball sized pile at the end of the day, you may be a complainer. This exercise actually makes you actively admit your complaints and also see the volume of them. Just think of the people around you that have had to listen to the whining and still say I love you at the end of the day. Pray for them and pray for help from the Lord.
